Healthy Eating

Hi guys I am Saskia and I am obsessed with chocolate. I am helping this new blog page will inspire me to continue with the healthy eating road I am choosing to now go down. Feel free to join me and I try to turn my diet around. A thing that annoys me is when people wait until the 1st of January to start new diets or begin things they want to do, in my opinion that is just a way of postponing something we do not want to do at this point in time. If you want something done, do it today. I am somebody who would definitively come under the title of 'chocoholic; a person who is addicted to or excessively fond of chocolate.' and no, I am not kidding! Haha. I could spend around £10 on chocolate and still fancy more! Now, before you start following me/ joining me on this, I would like to point out I am in no way shape or form a professional, and I do not actually know very much about dietary requirements, but the aim is that as we go along we will not only build health, but knowledge also. To begin I am just going to put a 30 day mark on this. Starting 09/24/12 until 10/17/12. I have been looking around online for a nice, cheap and easy food brand and in ASDA I found a kids collection named 'Great Stuff' which I am going to be buying most of my fruit and veg packs from. 

So, down to business. Our aims for the end of this challenge are;
1. To see chocolate as a treat and not a necessity.
2. To feel happier and healthier.



And that's it! I will be posting again very shortly to enlighten you on how my first day went, and what I ate compared to what I usually would eat. I will also review the foods. Goodnight everyone! :)
